About The Role

Bell is recruiting an Admissions Executive to join the Bell Admissions team, delivering excellent service to customers from point of booking to arrival in centre. 

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of three days per week in our Cambridge office. 
 
The main responsibilities will include:
  • Liaising with all customers in a friendly, professional and approachable manner.
  • Processing all bookings accurately and in a timely manner
  • Requesting and chasing payments
  • Issuing confirmation documents
  • Making pre-arrival amendments to booking as required, collecting payment where necessary. 
  • Sending pre-arrival information to customers
  • Collecting all student information needed before arrival including arrival/ departure flight details
  • Processing/ updating student medical and visa information
  • Responding to all incoming emails and phone calls promptly
  • Providing advice across all Bell products and, where appropriate, on products offered by selected partners
  • Be aware of the up to date visa rules and follow Bell and UK Home office guidelines when processing visa national bookings

Desirable Requirements 
  • International admissions administration experience at a school, college, language school or university
  • Knowledge of Infospeed CLASS or Salesforce CRM
