Residential House Parent

If this sounds like you, we’d love you to join our dedicated team of Houseparents, working on our UK based residential young learner courses in 2025. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide pastoral care for young learners aged 7-17.

As a Houseparent, you will:

Responsible - You consistently prioritise the safety and well-being of our young learners and keep safeguarding at the heart of everything you do.

Empathetic - You demonstrate a genuine understanding of the feelings and perspectives of young people.

Approachable - You are friendly and easy to approach and create an atmosphere where students feel able to share concerns or issues.

Culturally sensitive - You demonstrate an understanding of cultural differences and ensure an inclusive and respectful environment.

Enthusiastic - You are passionate about working with young people and bring enthusiasm and energy to teamwork.

We are especially interested in hearing from candidates with expertise in any of the following areas:

• Pastoral or welfare experience
• Experience of working in a residential environment
• Counselling experience
• Safeguarding experience
