Bell is recruiting a Recruitment Assistant on a fixed-term 6 month contract to join our Young Learner team and play a vital role in recruiting approximately 100 temporary staff to work on our residential Young Learner courses this summer.
You will gain valuable experience in the fast-moving and exciting sector of international education and see the results of your work in action changing the lives of young people. This role would suit someone with well-developed communication skills who has some previous experience in recruitment or high-volume administration, or someone who has worked for a recruitment agency looking to develop their career in house in recruitment.

Main responsibilities include:
- Reviewing applications and identifying suitable candidates to move to the next stage of the process
- Managing communication with candidates, responding to queries and providing updates on their application/pre-employment status
- Assisting in the coordination of online video interviews and supporting with conducting interviews
- Processing a high volume of pre-employment documents, including references, right to work checks and DBS checks, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Using our recruitment management system to track and manage candidate journeys, ensuring a positive experience for applicants and data integrity.
- Supporting our small but very busy department with other requirements, such as operations admin, as necessary.
This role will start at the beginning of February and candidates must be available for the the full 6 month contract. This role is predominantly based at our head office in Cambridge.
