Bell is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment of staff to work in our year-round young learner centre and our summer centres, a project that involves the recruitment of between 100-150 staff annually. This role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle from project planning through to advertising, interviewing, issuing offers and onboarding staff. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing creative talent attraction strategies to draw talent in a competitive market. Ensuring all safeguarding procedures are strictly followed is also a key aspect of this role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage all stages of the recruitment life cycle from initial planning through interviewing and onboarding.
- Effectively manage a high-volume recruitment project ensuring timely and efficient staffing of our summer courses.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract high-quality candidates in an increasingly competitive landscape.
- Ensure all safeguarding checks (DBS, right to work, references etc.) are completed accurately and are up to date, maintaining Bell’s high safeguarding standards.
- Provide an exceptional experience for all candidates, ensuring clear communication and a sooth recruitment process.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with sales figures, HR procedures and budgets.
- Enhance our in-house recruitment management system to streamline processes and improve efficiency and candidate experience.
This role is based in our Cambridge office with the option to work from home a few days per week, to be agreed with your line manager.
