About The Role

Bell is recruiting a temporary Student Services Assistant to work at our Cambridge school from 16 June to 15 August. 
 
As a Student Services Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring international students feel welcome, supported, and have an unforgettable experience in the UK. This is a varied role that where you will develop transferable skills in customer service, administration, and student engagement. 
 
This role is based at our Cambridge school, working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.
 
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing a high level of customer care, maintaining Bell's strong reputation
  • Welcoming students and assisting with their registration
  • Assisting/leading with school tours and tours of Cambridge for new students
  • Providing guidance on local travel and facilities in Cambridge
  • Handling student enquiries via phone, email, messaging apps, and in person
  • Issuing student ID cards and timetables
  • Updating student records on our database
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Recording passport and student visa information
  • Helping to organise and run student activities
  • Creating student information materials
  • Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students, reporting concerns as needed
