Finance Officer - Purchase Ledger (part-time)

• Input of purchase invoices onto the company’s purchase ledger: including registering invoices upon receipt, seeking authorisation and coding, ensuring that the purchase ledger is kept up to date and provides a true record of the company’s liabilities.
•  Maintenance of supplier accounts on the purchase ledger.
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries and answer their requests for payments in a timely and professional manner.
• Process supplier payments.
• Processing employee expenses.
• Administration of company credit and purchase cards.
• Petty cash accounting and administration, including posting petty cash transactions, reconciliations, and cash top-ups.
• Other duties as required to assist with smooth running of the Finance department.
